Magdalena Wrońska

Legal counsel, Founding Partner of the Law Office. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

In 1994 she completed an internship at the American law firm Hughes & Luce in Dallas, Texas.

She provided advice during the process of privatization of the State Treasury companies. In the years of 1996 – 1997, she participated in legislative works over a package of acts on the retirement system reform and providing opinion on commission of the Minister of Property Transformation on agreements to transfer stock in the State Treasury companies. She conducted lectures on corporate and civil law for the employees of the then Ministry of Property Transformations and for the executives of the privatized state-run enterprises.

She participated in drawing up legal analyses for many economic entities, including State Treasury enterprises, such as KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., Telekomunikacja Polska SA, Bank Pekao SA.

She has extensive experience in telecommunications law; she co-created the first independent companies – telecommunications operators, as well as regulations on rendering telecommunications services. She specializes in providing ongoing service for commercial entities, including in particular energy companies, primarily in the renewable energy sector. She also provides legal services in the process of real property acquisition and legal assistance in investment implementation.
